Embraer Phenom 300 Private Jet Charter

The light jet our own route research names more often than any other type on this website: 3,650 km of range, six to eight seats, 2.27 m³ of hold, a flight attendant and a published rate of 3,600 EUR an hour. It reaches Cyprus from London and it does not reach the Gulf. Here is the map, sector by sector.

Range, speed and cabin dimensions are specification figures for the type: the aircraft actually offered on your dates is a specific airframe with a specific interior, and its quotation carries the figures that bind.

What the range means in practice

3,650 km of published range. Forty-one of the forty-eight routes on this website are inside it, and the seven that are not are all Gulf sectors. That is a clean line, and it is worth drawing precisely.

The seven beyond the figure: London to Dubai at 5,500 km, Amsterdam to Dubai at 5,169 km, Geneva to Dubai at 4,920 km, Zurich to Dubai at 4,769 km, Milan to Dubai at 4,662 km, Dubai to Munich at 4,565 km and Vienna to Dubai at 4,224 km. For any of those we would put forward a type from the heavy group.

Everything else is inside, and the useful cases have real margin. London to Larnaca at 3,288 km leaves 362 km, Athens to Dubai at 3,273 km leaves 377 km and London to Paphos at 3,228 km leaves 422 km. Those are margins of twenty-five to thirty minutes of cruise, which is enough to plan on but not enough to ignore: with eight aboard and a loaded hold we would want the crew to run the day.

London to Mykonos at 2,568 km and Larnaca to Nice at 2,461 km leave over a thousand kilometres each. And this aircraft’s natural territory - the European network - is entirely uncontested: our route research names the Phenom 300 as a suggested type on thirty of the forty-eight routes we publish, more than any other aircraft on this website.

That research is worth reading as a statement about matching rather than about capability. The Phenom 300 is named on those routes because the seat count, the hold, the cabin crew and the hourly rate line up with what people actually ask for on European sectors of half an hour to two and a half hours. Range is rarely the binding constraint there.

Published range is a specification, not a clearance. The operating crew plan each flight against actual weight, weather and alternates, and their number is the one that binds. The table below is arithmetic against our own published distances.

Below 2,400 km the question stops being interesting: every remaining route on this website is inside the range of this aircraft with room to spare. These are the mid-length ones, from about an hour and a quarter to two and a half hours by our own published flight-time estimates.

Distances are great-circle figures between airport coordinates from the OurAirports open dataset, retrieved 23 August 2026. Flight times quoted anywhere on this page are estimates from a model fitted to the flight times Diamond Executive Aero Services already publishes, not measured block times. The 19 routes shorter than 700 km are listed on the route index. Range figures are the ones published on our own fleet page and assume still air, optimum cruise and a sensible payload.

The cabin

4.88 m long, 1.55 m wide, 1.50 m high, six to eight seats and 2.27 m³ of hold - the biggest in the light class - with a flight attendant, which nothing else in the class on this website carries.

Standing up. You do not. 1.50 m of cabin height is a seated cabin, the same as the Nextant 400 XTi and just above the HondaJet at 1.47 m and the Citations at 1.45 m. On sectors of an hour or two - which is what this aircraft is quoted for on our route research - it is not the constraint people expect it to be.

Width and length. 1.55 m wide and 4.88 m long. The width is the best of the Citation-and-HondaJet group and the length is second only to the HondaJet’s 5.43 m. With six aboard the cabin is comfortable; with eight it is a full aeroplane on a short sector.

Luggage. 2.27 m³, the largest hold of the light group on our fleet page - against 2.18 m³ on the Premier IA, 2.07 m³ on the Citation Bravo, 1.60 m³ on the HondaJet, 1.31 m³ on the Nextant 400 XTi and 1.00 m³ on the Piaggio Avanti. On summer routes like Milan to Ibiza and ski routes like London to Courchevel this is why the type gets quoted.

Crew. A flight attendant is carried. In the light group it is the only type whose own specification page on this website lists cabin crew - the Citation CJ2, the Citation Bravo, the HondaJet, the Nextant 400 XTi, the Premier IA and the Piaggio Avanti are all listed without - and it is a large part of why the Phenom 300 reads as a class above its dimensions.

Sleeping. No berths are listed, which on sectors of up to about four and a half hours is what the class offers. If beds matter, the midsize group starts at two berths and the Hawker 1000 is listed with four.

Cabin dimensions, berth counts, baggage volumes and the flight-attendant line are all taken from the specification tables published on this website, including the comparison figures quoted for other types.

What it costs

From 3,600 EUR per flight hour. That is the rate Diamond Executive Aero Services publishes for the Embraer Phenom 300. It is a rate card, not a quotation.

An hourly rate is the largest single component of a charter price and it is never the whole of it. A quotation also carries the cost of positioning the aircraft to your departure airport and away again afterwards, landing, handling and parking charges at both ends, crew duty and, on some dates, overnight costs. Two trips of the same duration on the same aircraft can differ substantially because one starts where the aeroplane already is and the other does not.

Used carefully, though, the hourly rate is a good sanity check. Take the flight time we publish for a route, multiply, and you have the flight-time component of the price before the fixed costs are added. The examples below use our own published flight-time estimates and cover every published route on which our route research names this type.

The same 3,600 EUR hourly figure appears on our rate card for the Citation CJ2, Citation Bravo, which is what makes it a class rate rather than an aircraft rate. Choosing between types inside a band is a decision about cabin, berths and luggage, not about the hour.

The column on the right is arithmetic, not an offer: hourly rate multiplied by our own published flight-time estimate, rounded to the nearest hundred. It excludes positioning, landing, handling, parking, crew and taxes, and the flight time itself is an estimate rather than a measured block time. Only a written quotation from Diamond Executive Aero Services against your dates is a price. Call +357 95 119759, 24/7.

Questions we get about this aircraft

What does a Phenom 300 cost per flight hour?
Our published rate for this type is 3,600 EUR per flight hour. That is a rate card and not a quotation: positioning the aircraft, landing, handling and parking charges, crew duty and the date itself all move the final figure, and only a written quotation against your dates is a price. As a worked example, our published flight-time estimate for London to Nice is 1 h 46, which at the hourly rate is about 6,400 EUR of flight time before anything else is added.
Can a Phenom 300 fly from London to Cyprus?
Yes, on the published figures. London to Larnaca is 3,288 km and London to Paphos is 3,228 km, against 3,650 km of range - margins of 362 km and 422 km, which is roughly twenty-five to thirty minutes of cruise. With a full cabin and a headwind we would want the operating crew to confirm it for the day.
Can it fly to Dubai?
No. The shortest Gulf sector we publish is Vienna to Dubai at 4,224 km, which is 574 km beyond the published range. For the Gulf we would put forward a heavy type.
How much luggage does it take compared with other light jets?
2.27 m³, the largest of the light group on our fleet page: the Premier IA is 2.18 m³, the Citation Bravo 2.07 m³, the Citation CJ2 1.84 m³, the HondaJet 1.60 m³, the Nextant 400 XTi 1.31 m³ and the Piaggio Avanti 1.00 m³.
Is there a flight attendant?
Yes - and it is the only light jet on this website whose own specification page lists cabin crew. The Citation CJ2, Citation Bravo, HondaJet, Nextant 400 XTi, Premier IA and Piaggio Avanti are all listed without one.
Which routes do you quote it on?
More than any other type on this website. Our route research names the Phenom 300 on thirty of the forty-eight published sectors, from Palma de Mallorca to Ibiza at 140 km up to Nice to Malaga at 1,260 km. The table on this page lists them in full.

Prices we have published for the Phenom 300

These are our own figures for this aircraft, not somebody else’s estimate. They are whole-aircraft prices for the sectors named, at the passenger count shown, and they move with the date, the positioning of the aircraft and the fuel price on the day. Treat them as the size of the number rather than as a quotation: only a written quotation against your dates is a price.
