Riyadh to London is a 4,949 km sector of about 6 h 39 in the air, King Khalid International to London Luton, flown non-stop by a long-range jet with the cabin full. Indicative price from €56 500 for the whole aircraft, one way. Tell us the dates and a written quotation follows within 30 minutes; the operations desk answers at any hour on +357 95 119759.
Six and a half hours north-west from the middle of Arabia to the middle of southern England, over the desert, Turkey and half of Europe. Leave Riyadh after a morning of meetings and you are in London for dinner.
REQUEST A QUOTERiyadh is the one Gulf departure on this website that is not on a coast, and that turns out to matter. The city sits on a plateau some six hundred metres above the sea, and in high summer the air over it is very hot. Altitude and heat together thin the air an aircraft has to push against on take-off, so what an aeroplane can lift out of Riyadh at two in the afternoon in July is not what it can lift out of it at six in the morning in January. Nothing about that is exotic — it is the same physics every operator plans around — but on a sector that already asks for five thousand kilometres of fuel, it is worth understanding before you fix a departure hour.
One departure field that everything on this page is measured from, and three arrival fields in London that are separated by minutes in the air and by a great deal more than that on the ground. That asymmetry is the whole airport decision on this route.
| Airport | Codes | Role on this route | What it means for you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Riyadh King Khalid International | RUH / OERK | departure | The principal airport of the Saudi capital, north of the city, with long-established handling for business aviation separate from the scheduled terminals. It is the field the distance and flight-time figures on this page are measured from. Which facility your aircraft actually uses, and how the ground side is arranged on the day, is something we confirm with the handler for your dates rather than promise in advance. |
| London Luton | LTN / EGGW | arrival, default | Where most long-haul business traffic into London lands and the field with the deepest choice of aircraft and handling on any given day — 26,661 business-aviation movements in 2023, among the busiest in Europe. The 4,949 km and 6 h 39 on this page are measured to Luton. |
| Farnborough | FAB / EGLF | arrival, south-west | Built for business aviation and taking no scheduled traffic at all, which makes it the shortest walk from aircraft to car in the London area. It suits west London, the Thames Valley, Surrey and anything continuing towards the south coast. |
| London Biggin Hill | BQH / EGKB | arrival, south-east | South-east of the city and the right answer for the City, Canary Wharf, south London and Kent. At this range the kilometre difference against Luton is a couple of minutes in the air and nothing else, so pick by road. |
Airport coordinates and codes: OurAirports open dataset, retrieved 23 August 2026. Luton movement count: EBAA 2023 via Private Jet Card Comparisons, 4 June 2024. Riyadh does not appear in the EBAA dataset, which counts European airports only.
Just under five thousand kilometres with a full cabin is long-range work. All three types below cross it non-stop with everybody and everything on board, and on a departure that can be both high and hot, the one you want is the one with margin to spare rather than the one that only just makes it.
Fourteen to sixteen passengers and range well beyond what this sector demands, which on a hot-day departure is exactly the point — the surplus becomes flexibility about when you leave rather than a longer aeroplane.
See the Gulfstream G550 ›Thirteen to sixteen passengers in one of the widest cabins of its generation, and often the type that can actually be in the region on short notice. The cabin is the reason it is asked for on trips where the meeting continues in the air.
See the Bombardier Global 5000 ›Twelve to sixteen passengers, three engines and a notably quiet cabin. It suits a party smaller than the seat count that intends to sleep through most of the six and a half hours rather than work across them.
See the Dassault Falcon 7X ›All three have pages in our fleet. Smaller cabins can be made to reach London from Riyadh, but the trade becomes passengers or luggage against fuel and the margin on a hot day gets thin — which is the wrong place to economise.

We have found no published whole-aircraft route price for Riyadh to London from a source we would be willing to reprint, so the figure above is calculated rather than quoted: the bottom of the published European long-range hourly rate applied to the flight time on this page, rounded down. It is a floor derived from market rates, not our tariff.
Over six and a half hours the aeroplane’s hourly cost swamps everything else. Landing and handling fees, which decide the argument on a short European hop, become rounding here. The variable that replaces them is positioning — whether a suitable long-range cabin is already in the region on your date or has to be flown down from Europe first, in which case somebody pays for that leg too.
The other real variable is the hour of departure in the summer months. A dawn departure and a mid-afternoon one in July are not the same aeroplane-load problem, and the answer may be a larger cabin or a different time rather than a different price. We would rather raise that when you send the dates than discover it on the morning.

Two seasons, running in opposite directions, and they are not equally easy to book. The regional winter is a business season with firm dates and short stays. The European summer is the reverse flow, when a very large number of people leave the Gulf heat at once and London is one of the places they go.
| Period | What happens | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| November to March | The comfortable half of the year at the Riyadh end and the heavy one for business travel. Steady northbound demand, short trips, frequently a return inside the same week. | Two to three weeks, and fix the return leg at the same time. The aircraft that suits you is often spoken for the next day. |
| June to August | The reverse season and the difficult one for availability. Summer departures from the Gulf towards Europe are a long-established pattern and they compress into the same few weeks. Heat also constrains what can be lifted at the hottest hours of the day. | Four to six weeks. Ask for an early-morning departure as a matter of course rather than as a special request. |
| April, May, September and October | The shoulders, and the best flying of the year in both directions — bearable at both ends, no seasonal crush, widest choice of aircraft. | One to two weeks. If the dates can move at all, move them here. |
| Ramadan and the two Eid periods | The working calendar at the Riyadh end changes for these weeks and the travel pattern changes with it, in ways that vary year to year. | Ask us with the dates in hand rather than assuming. We check what is actually happening in your week instead of applying a rule to it. |
Seasonality classification: routes_shortlist.csv, Diamond Executive Aero Services route research, 23 August 2026. Google search-suggestion evidence: "private jet riyadh to london" and "private jet riyadh to london price", measured 23 August 2026. Ramadan and Eid move each year against the Gregorian calendar, which is why no fixed dates are given here.
London is where the European half of the trip usually begins rather than where it ends, and all three business-aviation fields are inside an hour of most of western Europe.
Luton, Farnborough and Biggin Hill are minutes apart in the air and up to an hour apart by road. Send the postcode and we will name the field rather than let you choose from a map.
Ask which field ›All three fields handle helicopters, and our own published helicopter rates start at 750 EUR per hour on a Eurocopter AS350.
Helicopter charter ›Both are short sectors from London and both are routes we publish, which makes London a hinge for a European week rather than a terminus.
London to Paris ›Tell us your dates and how many of you there are. Your dedicated flight advisor will come back with aircraft options and a firm price.
All published routes are listed on the route index. Also useful: the fleet, current empty legs, jet sharing, luggage limits.
