Yerevan to Larnaca is 1,115 km and about 1 hour 49 minutes in the air, nonstop and comfortably inside light-to-midsize range. It is the shortest of our three Caucasus sectors, and one of the few in our list where we will actively tell you the smaller cabin is enough. Zvartnots is a straightforward departure at most hours; Larnaca takes business aviation at any hour at all, so neither end dictates your timing. Whole aircraft from €7 000 one way, our own floor with the working shown. A written quotation inside 30 minutes; +357 95 119759 answers at any hour.
Under two hours from the Ararat plain to the Cypriot coast, with no connection and no terminal. Send us the party, the dates and whether Tbilisi is in the plan as well – a good many trips in this direction are two countries rather than one, and they cost less arranged as a single itinerary.
REQUEST A QUOTEAn hour and three quarters is a short flight by the standards of the class that usually flies it, and both fields are cooperative: Zvartnots is straightforward at most hours and Larnaca is open to business aviation at any hour whatever. That leaves two honest variables. One is where the aeroplane begins its day, which on every short sector matters more than the hourly rate. The other is whether Cyprus is the destination or a changeover, because a party heading onward into Europe should be flying a cabin sized for the second leg rather than for this one.
One obvious field at each end, and two neighbours that belong in the conversation because trips in this direction are so often assembled from more than one country.
| Field | Code | Role on this route | What decides it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Yerevan Zvartnots | EVN / UDYZ | Departure | Full handling with business-aviation facilities, and a straightforward departure at most hours of the day. It is the field this sector is measured from. Ground arrangements are confirmed against your date rather than assumed from a general rule, which is the whole of the work at this end. |
| Larnaca | LCA / LCLK | Arrival | The principal Cyprus field, handling business aviation at any hour. Nothing here is rationed, so there is no arrival window to negotiate and a late landing is unremarkable. On a route where the interesting decisions are all at the departure end, that is a considerable convenience. |
| Tbilisi | TBS / UGTB | The neighbouring start | Roughly forty minutes on by air, and usually part of the same trip rather than an alternative to it. If the party gathers across both countries, tell us at the enquiry and we will build one itinerary instead of quoting two. |
| Gyumri | LWN / UDSG | Situational | Northern Armenia, and subject to handling and operating hours. It comes up occasionally rather than routinely; if it is genuinely the field nearest your party, raise it early and we will find out what is possible for your date rather than guess. |
| Paphos | PFO / LCPH | Alternative arrival | The western Cypriot field, closer to Limassol and the west coast and quieter on the ground. About three quarters of an hour from Larnaca by road, so the address you are heading for decides it rather than the map. |
Handling and slot conditions at both ends change from one season to the next. We confirm them against your actual dates rather than quoting a general rule at you.
Under two hours with four to six people is genuinely a light-jet sector, and we would rather say so than sell you height you will sit in for one hundred and nine minutes. The cabins below are what we quote when the party is larger, the luggage is real, or Cyprus is the first stop of a longer week rather than the destination.
Super-midsize cabin with stand-up height and reach far beyond what this sector asks. The right answer when the party is large or when a longer leg follows the arrival at Larnaca.
Challenger 350 →Comparable reach in a quiet cabin, and frequently the aeroplane actually free on a given morning. Naming it in the enquiry lets us check both at once rather than in sequence.
Legacy 500 →Fast and long-legged for its class. Worth asking about when the day is tight at both ends and the minutes saved matter more than the cabin dimensions do.
Gulfstream G280 →From €7 000 one way. Indicative starting price for this route, rounded down. The date, the aircraft actually available and airport fees move it — tell us your dates and we confirm within 30 minutes.
No published price for this city pair has reached us from a source we would be willing to reprint, so the figure above is our own floor and not a quotation. It comes out of the two-hour minimum that applies to a sector this short and the published entry rate for the cabin class – neither of which knows or cares which way the aeroplane is pointing. The working is in the table so you can check it rather than believe it.

An hour and three quarters of flying does not add up to that number on its own, and it is not meant to. What you are buying is an aeroplane positioned within reach of Yerevan on your morning, a crew day, the handling and landing charges at both ends, and the aircraft's movement after it has left you at Larnaca. The first and last of those are where the difference between two quotations usually lives, so ask about them before you argue about the rate.
Flying towards Cyprus rather than away from it helps on that last point more often than not, because Larnaca is where a great deal of eastern Mediterranean traffic finishes its day rather than a place it passes through. Ask us what is already moving your way on the date before asking for a full charter price.
Every figure above except our own floor is a third-party published rate, reproduced so that you have something to test a quotation against. They are not our prices and they are not offers. The one price we stand behind is the written one against your dates.
Two calendars pull against each other on Cyprus-bound work: the European summer, when the whole region is busy, and the Cypriot winter, when the island keeps flying while much of Europe slows. Read the table as a booking calendar rather than as a forecast.
| Period | What happens | What to do about it |
|---|---|---|
| June to September | Peak in both directions. Handling and parking, rather than aircraft, are what run short | Book early and ask about the ground arrangements at Zvartnots in the same message as the aeroplane |
| October to April | Cyprus carries on while much of Europe quietens. Availability into Larnaca is good | The months where genuine short notice works, and the right time to ask what is already repositioning |
| Easter and Christmas | Short, sharp peaks either side of the holiday itself | Fix the dates early; the days immediately around the holiday go first |
| May and late September | Shoulder. Everything open, nothing full, softer pricing | The value weeks on this pairing and where to move flexible dates to |
On a sector this short a day of flexibility is worth more than any negotiation over a fixed one, because it widens the pool of aircraft that can reach Yerevan in the morning rather than merely the pool that happens to be idle.
Cyprus is frequently the changeover into Europe on this direction rather than the destination. Anything that follows is simpler and usually cheaper arranged alongside this leg, because the aeroplane's week gets planned once instead of twice.
The onward sector asked for more often than any other after an arrival from the Caucasus, and one we publish separately. Booked together, the positioning is solved once for both.
Larnaca to London →West into Greece in a little over an hour, and for most parties the doorway to the islands. Short, published, and easy to attach to this itinerary.
Larnaca to Athens →North-west into Italy when Cyprus is a stop rather than a stay. Raise it at the first message so the cabin is sized for the longer leg as well as this one.
Larnaca to Milan →Tell us your dates and how many of you there are. Your dedicated flight advisor will come back with aircraft options and a firm price.
All published routes are listed on the route index. Also useful: the fleet, current empty legs, jet sharing.
