Everything inside the figure we quote, and the three things that are not. Published here rather than discovered at the invoice.
REQUEST A QUOTEA charter price with us covers all flight expenses — a fully flight-ready aircraft and air navigation fees — flight support by specialists and a dedicated flight advisor around the clock, crew work for the actual time flown, VIP lounge handling, and meals on board. It does not cover de-icing, changing the route once it is agreed, or extending an airport’s operating hours.
Three items is a short list, and that is the point: everything else on a normal trip is already inside the figure we quote. We publish the exclusions on this page rather than discovering them together at the invoice.
Fuel. Landing and handling on a standard trip. The crew’s hotel on an overnight. Luggage. Bringing a dog, on aircraft where the operator allows it. These come up in almost every first conversation, so we answer them before they are asked.
Two figures for the same route are comparable only if they include the same things. When you hold a quote from elsewhere next to ours, the questions worth asking are always the same four:
Our published starting figures for every route we cover are on the charter prices page, in one table.
For the whole aircraft, one way. The number of passengers does not change the figure, up to the cabin’s capacity.
Yes. Fuel is inside the charter price, not billed separately afterwards.
Yes — meals on board appropriate to the flight. Special requests are arranged; tell your advisor in advance.
Included when the trip requires it. It is part of crew work for the actual time of the trip.
Only if winter conditions require it, and at the airport’s rate of that day. It is the one weather-dependent item on the list.
Yes. We prepare the full set: contract, flight request and invoice for our services.
Tell us the route, the date and how many of you there are. Your dedicated flight advisor comes back within 30 minutes with aircraft options and a firm price.
These are the questions that bring people to this page. The answers are the same ones we give on the telephone.
